Fall Boot Camp

Paper Jack Park

E 11th Street

New Richmond, WI 54017

Starting September 9th and going until the weather allows.
It will be rain or shine as there is a park shelter we can utilize.

First class is free and then $10/class after.

All forms must be completed prior to starting.

Boot Camp is a short but very difficult workout. It involves a series of high-intensity exercise sequences designed to strengthen your whole body. This may sound intimidating, but don’t worry. Everyone has a starting point and you can work at your own pace. Learning the correct form, competing with yourself, and getting stronger is the desired goal.

Come early and stay late to do dynamic stretching on your own. All workouts can be done with or without weights. Bring your own kettlebells (or dumbbells) to each class as I have a limited amount. After your free class, bootcamp will be provided on a sliding scale. The standard minimum for a 60 minutes fitness class in the St. Croix area is $20. Bootcamp will run for 30 minutes. Therefore, my class is $10 each time. If you feel that this amount is detrimental to your ability to exercise please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate your needs. My main goal is to provide safe, effective, and accessible workouts for the community.

Our Story

After years of personal training, and teaching group fitness classes, owner and founder Jenna Fritsch decided to cultivate a fitness program that represents her needs as a busy mother and wife. It is well known that fitness is a key component to overall wellbeing and health. However, often times moms end up sacrificing their own wellbeing to complete the grinding daily tasks of maintaining a household. Jenna believes that prioritizing yourself with a short difficult workout can and WILL help guide you to your peak performance.

Jenna has a background in the healthcare industry with a (BA) in Healthcare Leadership and an (AAS) in Respiratory therapy. She has been working in the hospital setting since 2008. After the birth of her first child her primary role changed to being a mother. While still working casually in healthcare she obtained her personal training certificate from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2019 right before the birth of her second child. Since then she has worked as a personal trainer, and group fitness instructor at various facilities. Now is the time for her to branch out on her own and help others reach their potential.

"I have loved working with Jenna. I really wanted to learn to lift and had no idea where to start.  She was able to develop workouts that I could do.
She pushed me but didn't overwhelm me.  I felt capable. And because of the workouts she set up for me, I've been able to continue working on my own confidently. I have become proud of myself for learning and doubling my strength. I could not have done it without her. I learned to love to lift and am looking forward to tripling where I started."
